I completed my BA in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario and my Post Graduate Diploma in Addictions Treatment and Prevention from Georgian College.
My style is welcoming, empathetic and client centered. We’ll work to identify your personal goals and determine the best way to achieve them. I work from both a harm reduction and abstinence-based framework. Together, we will determine what recovery means for you. My extensive training has allowed me to gain expertise in individual and group counselling, concurrent disorders, case management, executing treatment plans and relapse prevention.
